P31 Labs ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our website, wallet, and hardware.

Data Collection

• No tracking: We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third‑party trackers. Our website is statically generated and does not log IP addresses.
• Wallet: When you connect your wallet, we only read public blockchain data. We never store private keys.
• Mesh network: P31 NodeZero devices exchange public keys and mesh routing information only; no personal data is transmitted.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g., number of active nodes) in public reports.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we collect almost no personal data, these rights are inherently respected. For any questions, contact [email protected].

By using the P31 Labs website, wallet, or hardware, you agree to the following terms.

Acceptable Use

• You may use the software and hardware for lawful purposes only.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the mesh network or compromise other users' privacy.
• You may not use the LOVE token system for illegal transactions.

Intellectual Property

All code and hardware designs are open source under the Apache License 2.0 unless otherwise noted. The P31 Labs name and logo are trademarks; you may use them to refer to the project but not in a way that implies endorsement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and hardware are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from their use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Regulatory Compliance

Medical Device Status

P31 NodeZero is classified as a wellness device under 21 CFR § 890.3710 (Powered communication system). It is not a medical device and does not require FDA clearance. It is intended for general wellness, not to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

FCC / Industry Canada

P31 NodeZero uses a LoRa module that complies with FCC Part 15 and Industry Canada RSS‑247. Final certification is pending.

Export Controls

The software and hardware are subject to U.S. export controls. You may not export or re‑export them to countries under U.S. embargo.

Tax-Exempt Status

P31 Labs, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation with federal 501(c)(3) public charity status (EIN: 42-1888158).

IRS determination letter received: May 4, 2026. Public charity status: 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).

Donations to P31 Labs are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. No fiscal sponsorship — we are an independent 501(c)(3) organization.
